The Frostburg State University Police Department joined other members of Allegany County Law Enforcement to raise money for Fort Hill High School student Ben Starr, who is undergoing aggressive cancer treatment. FSUPD’s No-Shave November this year was dedicated to Starr in his battle against T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. The officers raised $625 to support Starr in his treatment. Pictured from left are Sgt.
